Shipment within Malaysia
- All orders will be shipped out from Krafted Foods Coffee Factory within 48 hours of order received.
- The orders will either be shipped through Pos Malaysia or Courier Express.
- Orders within Klang Valley are estimated to arrive within 2 to 3 business day(s).
- Orders outside of Klang Valley are estimated to be delivered within 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping Fee within Malaysia
Standard shipping fee per order is RM6 for orders below RM80.
Enjoy FREE Shipping when your order is above RM80.
International Shipment
- Orders coming from outside of Malaysia will be shipped within 48 hours from the order date and time.
- Estimated Time Delivery varies for different destinations.
- We will use Pos Malaysia or Courier Express for international shipments.
- Shipping Fees will be charged according to the courier rates.
- No Free shipping for international shipment.
- No returns or rebate for all international orders.
