Products of Krafted Foods can be returned if

  1. Products are wrongly shipped to you.
  2. The product(s) were damaged during shipment

Important NOTE: All returned product(s) must abide by the condition below for a successful exchange process:

To return your product to us, you must ensure that

  1. The returns must be made within 7 days from the date of product(s) received.
  2. The damaged product returned must be returned with its original packaging and its receipt.

The return policy does not cover the following:

  1. Late delivery of product 
  2. The customer changes their mind on their purchase(s)
  3. Promotional or Complementary items 

Procedure of returning the product:

  1. Take a photo of the damaged / wrongly shipped product(s).
  2. Email the photo to [email protected] with the subject “Request for Return Item”.
  3. In the email, kindly include the details below:
    1. Name of buyer
    2. Contact Number
    3. Photo(s) of the damaged or wrongly shipped product
    4. Brief state the reason of returning
    5. A copy of the Invoice from Krafted Foods
    6. Address to return to.
  4. The customer will also need to return back the damaged or wrongly shipped item(s) to Krafted Foods HQ at the address stated below:

Postal cost of returned product(s) will be borne by the customer.

  1. Krafted Foods team will investigate the matter and will update the customer within 7 working days after receiving back the damaged or wrongly shipped item(s) from the customer.
  2. Once approved for the return request, Krafted Foods will ship the item(s) back to the address and contact stated in the email of the customer. Delivery time may take from 7 to 14 days upon receipt of the wrongly shipped or damaged item(s).
