Products of Krafted Foods can be returned if
- Products are wrongly shipped to you.
- The product(s) were damaged during shipment
Important NOTE: All returned product(s) must abide by the condition below for a successful exchange process:
To return your product to us, you must ensure that
- The returns must be made within 7 days from the date of product(s) received.
- The damaged product returned must be returned with its original packaging and its receipt.
The return policy does not cover the following:
- Late delivery of product
- The customer changes their mind on their purchase(s)
- Promotional or Complementary items
Procedure of returning the product:
- Take a photo of the damaged / wrongly shipped product(s).
- Email the photo to [email protected] with the subject “Request for Return Item”.
- In the email, kindly include the details below:
- Name of buyer
- Contact Number
- Photo(s) of the damaged or wrongly shipped product
- Brief state the reason of returning
- A copy of the Invoice from Krafted Foods
- Address to return to.
- The customer will also need to return back the damaged or wrongly shipped item(s) to Krafted Foods HQ at the address stated below:

Postal cost of returned product(s) will be borne by the customer.
- Krafted Foods team will investigate the matter and will update the customer within 7 working days after receiving back the damaged or wrongly shipped item(s) from the customer.
- Once approved for the return request, Krafted Foods will ship the item(s) back to the address and contact stated in the email of the customer. Delivery time may take from 7 to 14 days upon receipt of the wrongly shipped or damaged item(s).
