TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an Estimating Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical and civil construction estimating. Will be responsible for developing and preparing cost estimates for renewable energy projects, including reviewing project specifications, drawings, and technical documentation. Duties include identifying material and labor requirements, preparing RFQs, analyzing subcontractor quotes, supporting bid strategy development, and collaborating with engineering and operations teams. Must have strong knowledge of cost estimating software and Excel. Experience in wind and solar project estimating is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills required. Willingness to travel occasionally. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred. PMP or AACE certification is a plus.
