Position Overview:

We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, and style-driven Retail Associate to join our Lake Tahoe team. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative retail environment. Retail Associates are the face of Rancher Hat Bar and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with warmth, enthusiasm, and personalized service
• Create custom hats and guide guests through the hat bar experience
• Drive sales by styling customers and recommending products
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and visual merchandising
• Maintain a clean, organized, and on-brand sales floor
• Support store events, activations, and brand initiatives
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily sales goals

 Qualifications:

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Passion for fashion, western style, and customer experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment
