Plant Controller

SUMMARY
The Plant Controller position will act as the financial expert for the Troy, OH plant. This position is responsible for understanding, overseeing, and training all levels within the plant in the areas of plant’s P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and auditing to ensure that the plant is operating as efficiently as possible.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in Accounting/Business/Finance/Operations from four-year college or university; and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strongly prefer combination of education and/or experience in both operations and accounting.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficient in Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
PowerBI experience desirable.
