Kitchen & Bath Designer & Store Manager Location Greenwood, IN :

We are looking for a results driven Kitchen & Bath Retail Sales Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in sales, with kitchen & bath design or home remodeling knowledge. Store manager responsibilities include managing daily operations, sales, customer engagement and satisfaction, and design support. This is a base salary plus commission position. Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals by working with customers who come into the store and by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Designing Kitchen & Bath cabinet layouts
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Proactively prospecting and pursuing new business opportunities with contractors, real estate agents and investors
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
• Additional store manager duties as needed

Skills

• Proven successful experience as a sales person or manager
• Knowledge of 20/20 or ProKitchen
• Ability and commitment to follow up with customers & prospects
• Entrepreneur spirit and desire to build and grow a new business
• Customer management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales & business training background'
