Executive Personal Assistant / House Manager

A wonderful and grounded San Francisco-based family of four is seeking a seasoned Executive Personal Assistant & House Manager to streamline daily life, manage multiple properties, and oversee home operations with precision, discretion, and warmth.

You’ll be an integral part of the team—building strong relationships with staff and vendors, implementing smart systems, and handling everything from high-level renovations to everyday errands with equal care.

What You'll Do:

  1. Manage all aspects of daily household operations and personal administration
  2. Oversee travel coordination (private & commercial), lodging, and transportation
  3. Support multiple residences, including renovations, repairs, and setup for family visits
  4. Source, vet, and manage vendors; ensure quality and timeliness of all work
  5. Collaborate closely with household staff and executive assistants
  6. Maintain calendars, coordinate appointments, manage wardrobe logistics
  7. Organize events (vendors, RSVPs, venues) and maintain key inventories
  8. Travel occasionally to prep homes or support the family while on the move
  9. Create and maintain household manuals and systems to improve efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Proven experience managing multiple residences and overseeing projects
  2. Minimum of 7 years experience as a Personal Assistant/ House Manager
  3. Management and hiring experience
  4. Exceptional organization, follow-through, and communication skills
  5. Tech-savvy: G Suite, Slack, Notion, etc.
  6. Able to lead independently and collaboratively, with a 24/7 mindset
  7. High emotional intelligence and professionalism with a warm presence
  8. Willing to travel occasionally and work outside traditional business hours
  9. Valid driver’s license and vehicle; clean driving record
  10. Clean background check and verifiable references

Schedule & Compensation:

  1. Hybrid: On-site as needed with flexibility
  2. Compensation: $150 - 200k base plus 100% healthcare, PTO, and discretionary year-end bonus
