Job Title: Warehouse Associate II (Shipping & Receiving) - Temp to Hire

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay: $25-$26/hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

About the Role

We are currently hiring a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Associate for a medical device company . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady hours, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and receiving , especially with FedEx and UPS , and be comfortable working in a clean, organized warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Package and ship outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
  • Process incoming shipments and verify product counts
  • Handle FedEx, UPS, and other shipping platforms
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
  • Assist with general warehouse upkeep, including sweeping and taking out trash
  • Perform basic inventory checks and assist with stock organization
  • Follow company procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy in shipping

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of shipping & receiving experience
  • Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, or other major shipping systems
  • Comfortable with manual tasks such as cleaning and lifting packages
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Dependable and punctual with a solid work ethic
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
