Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Treasury Analyst to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong academic background and internship experience in finance or treasury. The Treasury Analyst will support daily cash management, banking operations, financial forecasting, and treasury reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily cash positioning and liquidity management
• Support cash flow forecasting and analysis to optimize working capital
• Work with banking partners on transactions, wire transfers, and reconciliations
• Assist in debt compliance reporting and financial risk management activities
• Analyze and report on interest rates, foreign exchange exposure, and investment strategies
• Maintain treasury records and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
• Assist in automating treasury processes and improving efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Internship experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Banking required
• High GPA (3.5+) preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with treasury management systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
