System Testing Analyst (On-Site 3 Days/Week in Columbia, SC)

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a System Testing Analyst for a Hybrid (On-Site 3 Days/Week in Columbia, SC) opportunity. Candidate will provide service for multiple clients, including onsite service where needed and make recommendations to clients on how to improve testing activities.

Required Qualifications of the System Testing Analyst:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
• Bachelor or Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree
• 7 years of IT experience to include experience developing test plans and/or matrices
• Must have 3270 Sessions (Green Screens) experience
• Must be proficient with MS Office
• Any experience with Automation Tools is a plus

Responsibilities of the System Testing Analyst:

• Provide service for multiple clients. Make recommendations to clients on how to improve testing activities
• Perform application testing analysis and lead activities that may include leading the development of test plans, cases, scenarios, and matrices, attending sessions with customers, planning and disbursing projects to team members, completing reports and developing processes
• Create test cases, execute testing, and document results
• Define and analyze quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results, and test status
• Lead process improvement initiatives related to testing methodologies and techniques

Work Location: Hybrid. On-Site Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week in Columbia, SC is required.
