Our client, is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to support the admin and clerical functions during the busy tax season. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is organized, reliable, and capable of balancing multiple administrative and clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position is expected to last through October.
Responsibilities:
• Assemble and organize tax returns and supporting admin documentation
• Verify accuracy and completeness of tax-related paperwork
• Ensure proper filing, labeling, and distribution of tax materials and clerical records
• Perform administrative duties such as scanning, copying, and preparing tax documents for digital or physical delivery
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive tax information
• Assist with additional administrative and clerical tasks as needed to support the tax team
Qualifications:
• 1+ year of administrative experience in an office or tax-related environment
• Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines during tax season
• Prior experience in an administrative or clerical support role preferred
• Familiarity with clerical equipment such as scanners, copiers, and filing systems
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in all admin and tax-related duties
