What You’ll Do
- Be the first line of support for customers—helping troubleshoot lighting and control systems used at everything from local ballfields to professional stadiums.
- Solve electrical and communication issues (AC/DC power, wireless, fiber, Ethernet, cellular).
- Work with engineering, project management, field techs, and R&D to quickly resolve problems.
- Perform root-cause analysis to improve products and ensure top performance.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong problem-solving skills with a technical or electrical background.
- Experience in at least three of these areas: networking, wireless, fiber, Ethernet, or cellular.
- Knowledge of single- and three-phase electrical power (AC/DC).
- Clear communication skills (Spanish/English bilingual a plus).
- Familiarity with the National Electrical Code is a bonus.
