Must Haves
- 10+ years in supply chain management, including 5+ years in pharmaceutical/nutraceutical/consumer product industries
- 5+ years of management experience
- Knowledge of cGMP, DEA, and FDA regulations
- Proven leadership in continuous improvement initiatives
- Analytical and ERP system adaptability (Oracle, SAP)
- Flexible schedule and willingness to travel internationally (~10%) Twice a year max. Valid passport required
Position Overview
Lead and execute supply chain strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, optimize inventory, and reduce logistics costs. This role requires a strategic mindset, operational excellence, and collaborative leadership across the Americas region.
Day-to-Day
- Develop policies, procedures, and KPIs to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency
- Lead supply chain operations across sites in the USA, Canada, Peru, and Brazil
- Optimize demand planning and forecasting accuracy
- Manage inventory strategies to reduce stockouts and excess
- Ensure production planning aligns with demand and capacity
- Guarantee raw material availability while maintaining safety stock
- Analyze historical data to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
- Build departmental strategies, budgets, and infrastructure
- Foster collaboration and effective decision-making
- Oversee team performance, coaching, and career development
