Summer Leasing & Marketing Intern – New York City, NY

Pay: $17.00/hour + Free Housing

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 10 AM – 7 PM

Internship Duration: Summer 2025 (May – August)

Looking for a fast-paced, hands-on summer internship in the heart of New York City? Join us as a Summer Leasing & Marketing Intern and gain real-world experience in sales, real estate, and community marketing — all while living rent-free in one of the most exciting cities in the world.

As a key player on our leasing team, you'll help drive occupancy at our properties by engaging with prospective residents, supporting marketing campaigns, and assisting with events and tours. You’ll also gain valuable exposure to the inner workings of property management in a dynamic urban setting.

What You’ll Do

Customer Engagement

• Respond to leasing inquiries through phone, text, email, and social media.
• Provide friendly, timely communication to help prospects learn more about our community and offerings.

Leasing Support

• Assist with scheduling and conducting property tours (30–45 minutes).
• Send confirmations, follow up with leads, and guide them through the application process.
• Learn how to build relationships that convert interest into signed leases.

Marketing & Social Media

• Create fun, engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Craigslist to attract renters.
• Support our marketing team with local campaigns and digital outreach.
• Help plan and host Open Houses and resident events.

Local Community Engagement

• Build awareness of our properties by connecting with nearby universities, businesses, and community organizations.
• Represent our brand at NYC events and help promote special offers or leasing promotions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college/university program (preferably majoring in Marketing, Real Estate, Hospitality, or Communications).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for customer service, people, and the NYC lifestyle.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
• Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or marketing is a plus — but not required.
