Phelps Health Outpatient Therapy Services located in Rolla Mo, is a full-service 18 bed rehabilitation center for pediatric patients, adolescents and adults, including physical, occupational and speech therapy. We serve Rolla, Waynesville and the surrounding communities in south-central Missouri. Bioness – Award-winning medical devices designed to benefit people with stroke, Multiple sclerosis (MS), traumatic brain injury (TBI), cerebral palsy and spinal cord injury Our Unit is a very fast-paced yet fun environment with endless opportunities to learn and grow!

What will you do in this role:

• Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
• Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
• Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.
• Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology Required
• Licenses: Licensed Speech Therapist; Current licensure with State Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire
