Job Description

Our client is a rapidly growing consumer goods business in Los Angeles. They have experienced huge success with their products over the past few years and are now looking to add a Senior Finance Analyst to their team to support FP&A alongside the wider Finance and Accounting functions.

This job is on-site in Marina Del Rey, California.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze & Optimize Revenue – Track pricing, promotions, and trade spend to maximize growth opportunities.
• Broad FP&A support - budgeting and forecasting and partnering the business effectively
• Manage Trade Deductions – Investigate and resolve trade spend deductions, collaborating with AR to minimize revenue leakage.
• Leverage Trade Management Software – Use trade management software to forecast trade spend, track promotions, and enhance financial planning.
• Deliver Data-Driven Insights – Create reports, dashboards, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with AR & AP – Ensure accurate financial processes, deduction tracking, and reconciliation of trade promotions.

Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or revenue management.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) software
• Familiarity with deduction management, accounts receivable, and trade spend analysis.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, or food and beverage industries
