Senior Data Engineer

Overview

The Senior Data Engineer drives innovative data solutions that support Empower’s mission to expand access to quality, affordable medications.

This role ensures secure, reliable data architectures and actionable insights, fostering collaboration and innovation in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

**** Qualifications ****

  • At least 8 years of experience in a Data Engineering role.
  • Dimensional and relational data modeling experience.

**** Education ****

  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field.
  • Preferred certifications include Amazon Web Services (AWS) Data Engineering, AWS Data Analytics, Data Vault 2, Snowflake, and expertise in Kimball and Inmon Data Modeling methodologies.
  • Candidates must meet the required years of experience at scale with one or more of the listed technologies.
