What You’ll Be Doing

• ISI will fly you to the client's destination to lead 6 - 8-week onsite consulting projects — be the expert clients count on.
• Review financial statements, identify inefficiencies, and install practical, high-impact solutions.
• Build and execute custom Value Enhancement Plans for long-term client success.
• Deliver tangible improvements. Innovations through interventions grounded in real-world constraints while providing measurable outcomes.
• Balancing short-term survival ( liquidity ) with long-term stability ( profitability ).
• Build strong, professional relationships, and bonds that often withstand the test of time.
• You won’t just visit new businesses; you’ll become an integral part of them. You’ll work hands-on at client sites nationwide, driving meaningful change where it counts.
• Your leadership experience deserves a meaningful reward. Whether you've worked in or built businesses… now get paid to help others do the same. Many of our top consultants see first-year earnings of $150,000 to $200,000 , and if you’re briefly between projects, you're still covered. Leverage your experience for meaningful work and income stability.

Who We’re Looking For

• Professionals ideally with 10+ years of executive experience in business operations, strategy, and finance.
• Former business owners or consultants are especially successful in this role… having a fundamental understanding and application of managerial finance concepts such as cost control, capital allocation, and debt restructuring!
• Strategic thinking in applying financial insights to operational turnaround.
• Confident financial thinkers who have practical experience with financial analysis ( Creating and interpreting P&Ls, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements )
• High-Level proficiency in MS Excel , Outlook, and the Office suite are a must.
• Bachelor’s degree required ( MBA or CPA a definite plus ).
