Job Title: Sales Support Analyst

Location: Skokie, IL (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Industry: Senior Living/Healthcare

Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 annually

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Job Description:

The Sales Support Analyst will play a critical role in driving occupancy and sales goals by managing and analyzing sales data, supporting sales teams with CRM and lead management systems, and delivering actionable insights through reporting and dashboards. This position requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills and the ability to communicate effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze sales and marketing data to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and occupancy objectives.
  • Track and report on key sales performance indicators, identifying opportunities and escalating concerns when targets are not met.
  • Support sales and operations teams by training on lead management systems, data entry standards, and sales tools.
  • Monitor external data sources, maintain competitive market analysis, and assist in the development of targeted sales strategies.
  • Act as the primary expert on sales-related software platforms, providing troubleshooting and user support.
  • Design and distribute detailed sales dashboards and reports, including ad hoc analyses to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Assist with social media management and other marketing support tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • 3–5 years of experience supporting sales teams or managing sales programs.
  • Proficiency with sales software and CRM platforms; experience with analytics and dashboard tools preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and solid knowledge of Office 365 applications (Outlook, SharePoint, Skype).
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail in data management and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively train teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
