Position: Production Supervisor - Food Manufacturing
Shift: Must be flexible - will likely be nights - 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM - 3/3/1 rotation, every other weekend off
Compensation: $75-80k base salary DOE, overtime pay (average 7-8k), bonus opportunity (2-3k), full relocation package
Location: Memphis, TN (South Memphis area)
Global food manufacturer is in search of an experienced Production Supervisor to join its team, focused on leadership of food manufacturing lines within its state-of-the-art, heavily-automated facility in Memphis, TN . This position will supervise hourly associates on automated processing and packaging lines and will be accountable for production targets, safety, and quality within the plant.

Our client will offer a base salary of $75k-80k depending on experience, overtime pay (average $7-8k), bonus opportunity ($2-3k), excellent benefits that begin on day one of employment, generous PTO plan, and a matching 401(k).
