Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Freight Broker located in Akron, IA. The position of Sales & Freight Broker is key within the organization responsible for soliciting freight from new and current customers and brokers, identifying new business opportunities, brokering freight, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and close deals
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the transportation industry is highly valued
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related work experience preferred
