This is a remote position.

As a Resort/Hotel Specialist you ll be at the forefront of creating memorable vacations for travelers managing everything from recommendations to bookings and coordination of stays at top resorts worldwide. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service a passion for travel and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their vacation goals budget and amenity preferences. Offer personalized recommendations for experiences like beachfront getaways family resorts adultsonly escapes or luxury retreats tailored to their desires.
   

2. Travel Logistics: Coordinate all travel logistics including transportation (e.g. flights airport transfers) travel insurance and any additional services to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
   

3. Destination Expertise: Stay informed on popular global resort destinations from the Caribbean to Central America and provide clients with insights on local attractions excursions and cultural highlights to make their vacations truly unforgettable.
   

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in resort offerings amenities and worldwide destinations (training provided).
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
• Detailoriented organized and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
