Job Description

We work very closely with a well-established real estate law firm who is seeking a Residential Real Estate Attorney to join its Savannah office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking for long-term growth within a respected and steadily expanding practice.

The attorney in this role will handle residential real estate transactions and work closely with a collaborative team committed to exceptional client service. The firm offers comprehensive training, strong operational support, and robust resources for business development and marketing, positioning the right candidate for long-term success.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage residential real estate closings and related transactional matters
• Review, prepare, and negotiate closing documents
• Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, agents, and internal teams
• Support business development initiatives and maintain strong community relationships

Qualifications:

• Active Georgia law license required
• 2+ years of real estate or transactional experience preferred
• Strong communication, client-service, and organizational skills
• Desire for long-term growth within a stable, team-focused environment
• Ability to work in-office daily in the Savannah location
