Job Description
We have a great opportunity for an outgoing, hardworking individual who has a construction/engineering background. The qualified candidate must be able to multitask, travel as needed. This position is located out of downtown Omaha, working for a large company. This candidate will work directly within the Real Estate department and work with other managers and designers to determine presence of/ and coordinate protection and relocation of utilities associated with construction projects in 23 western states. This is managing multiple projects from beginning to completion. Qualified candidates should have an aptitude to learn quickly, work with various software applications and interpret engineering designs, real estate surveys and maps.
