Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg – Full-Time – Nights

Location: Hudson, FL
Salary: $30.00 – $42.00 per hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 (paid in 6-month increments)
Shift Differentials: $4.75 Nights | $3.00 Weekends
Relocation Assistance: Case by Case

Overview

A 290-bed acute care hospital in Hudson, FL is seeking dedicated Med Surg RNs to provide high-quality patient care . This role involves assessing, planning, and administering care for medical and surgical patients in a fast-paced hospital setting .

Shifts Available

• Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate Med Surg patients
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medications
• Maintain and review patient records, test results, and care plans

Requirements

• Active RN license in Florida (or Compact License with FL application)
• ASN or Nursing Diploma required (BSN preferred)
• Previous acute care experience preferred
• BLS certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Critical thinking and strong communication skills
• Will train LTACH nurses with 2-3 years of experience
