Job Description

Responsibilities

• Work with store management to ensure that daily stocking tasks are completed
• Package, label and ship web order sales from ship from store platform
• Part time position, some weekends and longer hours during heavy seasons
• Opening and checking in shipment arriving to the store.
• Make sure new units are steamed and ready for replenishment to go onto sales floor
• Audit size order regularly to ensure items are being put away correctly
• Email and phone interaction and communication with Customer Service, E-comm, Marketing, and Retail teams
• Accurate management of inventory
• Learning and understanding the procedures of store to store charge sends
• Learning and understanding the procedures of order online ship from store procedures
• Strong organizational skills, versatility, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Timely processing of scanning and boxing up return to warehouse shipments

Requirements

• Comfortable with receiving and providing feedback to management team
• Availability to work during peak seasons and throughout the year
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to juggle conflicting priorities

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move material up to 25lbs each
• Bend and lift at waist and above head
• Walk or stand for up 8 hours a day
