Job Description

Reporting directly to the Head of Talent, this role is responsible for sourcing top-tier talent to support continued organizational growth. The recruiter will apply best-in-class sourcing and talent acquisition practices to identify and attract highly skilled and diverse candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of requisitions across assigned regions.
• Build strong candidate pipelines and engage passive talent through creative sourcing strategies.
• Advise hiring managers on effective recruiting processes to fill roles efficiently.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies in partnership with hiring teams.
• Network through industry contacts, associations, trade groups, social media, and employee referrals.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
• Recommend process enhancements to reduce time-to-fill and improve candidate quality.
• Train stakeholders on ATS usage and interviewing techniques to ensure compliance and a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with external recruiting firms, job boards, and career fairs to optimize sourcing efforts.
• Research and recommend new sourcing channels for active and passive candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate profiles in the ATS.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at attracting top talent.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of in-house recruiting experience.
• Strong background in passive recruiting, especially for technical sales and engineering roles.
• Proven ability to use data and analytics to inform recruiting strategies.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills across all organizational levels.
• Familiarity with employment laws and recruiting compliance.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms

Preferred Skills

• Degree in HR, Organizational Development, or Business.
• Prior experience in construction or contracting industries.
