Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a Capital & Deal Development Manager to lead investor outreach and revenue generation across our real estate investment platform. This person will focus on capital raising, joint venture structuring, and equity sales for company-sponsored real estate projects and funds.

In addition to the core fundraising and investor relations duties, this role will also provide support for new home and traditional real estate sales when needed—especially for product launches like ADUs or completed build-to-sell projects.

Core Responsibilities (Primary):

1. Capital Raising & Investor Relations:

  • Present our fund offerings and deal-level syndications to accredited investors and or non-accredited investors.
  • Build and manage a qualified investor pipeline (CRM) across HNWI, family offices, and referral channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare compliant investor materials, decks, and subscription packages.
  • Track follow-ups, KPIs, and closing timelines across investor interactions.

2. Deal Structuring & Joint Ventures:

• Identify and structure JV opportunities with landowners or property sellers.

• Collaborate with the development team to assess site feasibility and deal terms.

• Prepare and present partnership structures and high-level economics.

3. Equity Sales for Internal Projects:

• Work with internal project teams to package and promote specific investment opportunities.

• Prepare and deliver deal-level marketing materials.

• Coordinate due diligence and investor Q&A during the offering window.

Secondary Responsibilities (Support):

1. Support for New Home Sales:

• Assist in the sale of company-built homes during active marketing campaigns.

• Join site tours or open houses as needed to support the product team.

• Provide buyers with general build/spec info (deeper technical support handled by product reps).

2. Support for Traditional Real Estate Sales:

• Occasionally assist with transactions under Axis Realty (resale listings or buyer-side referrals).

• Support marketing and communication efforts for key listings, if aligned with capital relationships.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in real estate capital raising, investor relations, or development marketing.

• Familiarity with fund structures, SPVs, and joint venture models.

• Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Active real estate license (or ability to obtain) preferred but not required.

• CRM and sales pipeline management experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

• Bilingual (English and Mandarin Chinese) is a plus.
