Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support QC lab operations during the night shift
- Analyze small molecule/API samples using GCMS, HPLC, GC, and other chemical analysis methods
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and data issues
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and internal quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records
- Support investigations and resolve any quality or testing issues
- Train and mentor junior analysts
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in an API QC Lab environment
- Proficiency with GCMS, HPLC, GC , and other chemical analysis techniques
- Experience with small molecule testing and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of QC Lab operations and regulatory compliance
- Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred (but not required)
