DSH-Napa Physical Rehabilitation Therapy Services is hiring for a Physical Therapy Assistant. This is a full time and permanent position working with adult patients in a psychiatric facility.  The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties, but not limited to:

• Assessment and evaluation
• Treatment services
• Provide written documentation pertaining to progress in treatment
• Provide training to unit staff to support the patient in daily living

All experience and education relatable to this classification should be included to demonstrate how you meet the minimum qualifications for this position. • Attach a copy of proof of degree or transcript if using the education to meet the minimum qualifications. Foreign transcripts must be evaluated and submitted with application STD 678.

Special Requirements

• The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired.
• The position(s) require(s) Medical Clearance prior to being hired.
• The position(s) require(s) a(n) Valid California Physical Therapist Assistant License. You will be required to provide a copy of your license prior to being hired.
