Physical Therapist (Travel Assignment)

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and clinically driven Physical Therapist for a full‑time travel assignment in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida . Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mobility, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical best practices.
- Provide therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re‑education, and functional mobility training.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.
- Document assessments, progress, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety, and long‑term wellness strategies.
- Maintain adaptability while integrating into new clinical environments and workflows.

- Schedule: 5x8 shifts

Qualifications
- Active Florida PT license or eligibility for licensure.
- One year of clinical experience preferred; travel experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative care team
