About the Role
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will represent Three Stone Roofing in the field — building relationships, educating homeowners, generating opportunities, and guiding clients through premium roofing solutions. You will manage your own pipeline with full support from a highly trained, high-performing sales culture.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Prospecting and generating new business, including door-to-door outreach
• Consulting with homeowners
• Inspecting roofs and creating detailed job scopes (training provided)
• Closing deals and overseeing projects from start to finish
• Delivering a white-glove customer experience
• Working within a competitive, sports-minded sales team focused on winning
No roofing experience is required — we provide complete training. However, attitude, drive, and work ethic are mandatory.
