Office Administrator | CHI | LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE

A leading global law firm recognized as a top workplace, is seeking an Office Administrator for the Chicago office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities, and secretarial support
• Develop and maintain annual operating budgets; analyze variances
• Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
• Oversee vendor services and liaise with building management
• Coordinate space planning, office moves, and remodeling projects
• Administer performance management and employee relations processes
• Conduct administrative orientations for new hires
• Manage local office business continuity processes
• Lead special projects and oversee community service initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of related experience
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize effectively
• Skilled in handling confidential information and resolving complex issues
• Flexible to travel and adapt to fluctuating work hours
• Experience managing support staff and fostering team performance
