Our client is a top 5 new home builder and one of a few financially stable mortgage companies in the market today. This is an opportunity to enter a career track that will take you to several levels up in the space, where your earnings will be in excess of $100,000 in a short time frame provided you are a good performer. Candidates with customer-facing experience, sales, and hospitality will be considered. We need responsible, professionally presentable, ethical and salesy personality candidates who wish to enter into a space that is recession-proof and predictable. Frequent job hoppers will not be considered.

This candidate will be responsible for the entire end-to-end mortgage loan process. They will gather and process all loan documentation and ensure compliance with policy, regulatory, and loan terms. They will work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transaction with the customer. A Loan Officer position is the next step in this career path, which pays over $100,000/annually and the income potential is predictable for the year.

Responsibilities

• Review each loan file to verify that documents are present, accurate, and complete before underwriting.
• Manage the loan process through the current mortgage software system.
• Ensure that loan rules, obligations, and deadlines are met.
• Audit and prepare quality files that meet closing objectives.
• Obtain mortgage loan documentation for clients and communicate with customers on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience with mortgage loan processing not required.
• Recent college graduates considered
• Candidates with customer service experience will be considered.
• Must be a personable individual with good ethics and a clean background.
