Job Description

We are seeking a  skilled and experienced Medical Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining  Chemistry and Immunoassay Lab Equipment Analyzers, ensuring high standards of diagnostic accuracy and efficiency.

Location : 87 Berdan Ave, Wayne, NJ

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests using chemistry and immunoassay analyzers.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot analyzers to ensure accurate test results.
• Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards, including CAP, CLIA, and OSHA.
• Document quality control and instrument maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient diagnosis and care.
• Participate in proficiency testing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related fields.
• Must be ASCP certified as a Medical Technologist or Technician.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with Chemistry and Immunoassay Analyzers
• Previous clinical laboratory experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Wayne, NJ.

Pay: Salary based on experience
