We’re looking for a Master Pool Builder — a proven leader with deep institutional knowledge of pool building, who can guide our operations, mentor our teams, and elevate project execution across all levels.
About the Role
This is a senior leadership role for a true builder — someone who knows pools inside and out and can lead both in the field and in the boardroom. You’ll oversee construction operations, set quality and efficiency standards, drive technical excellence, and help shape the company’s long-term growth in all facets of pool construction.
What We’re Looking For
• 15+ years of comprehensive pool construction experience, including:
• Residential (tract homes, custom, and high-end)
• Commercial projects and renovations
• Fountains, high-rise pools, and specialty water features
• Gunite, shotcrete, form & steel, plaster, layout, and excavation
• Plumbing, electrical, drainage, equipment sets, decking, concrete, and pavers
• Deep technical understanding of design, permitting, and field coordination
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability — able to develop teams and enforce standards
• Strategic thinker with experience improving processes, budgets, and timelines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
