About the Role
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered care across Community Health Net locations. This position includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus , payable in accordance with company policy and contingent upon meeting all employment requirements.
LPNs may be required to float between CHN locations based on operational needs.
