LAND SURVEYOR - Denver, CO

Dibble is looking for a skillful and highly motivated Land Surveyor to join our Survey Practice in Denver, CO. This is an opportunity for you to join our fine group of respected professionals.
SUMMARY :
This role of Land Surveyor will be r esponsible for all aspects of Survey projects in Colorado, including maintaining quality assurance, project priorities, budgeting, backlog, revenue projections and appropriate staff assignments. This individual should be networked within the Survey and Engineering community and pursues business development opportunities with existing and new clients.

Working Conditions for this role:
This role requires regular evening and weekend work, possible shift or on-call work, and extended periods working outdoors in all weather conditions.
This position requires driving to the job site and is required to stand for extended periods of time. Some heavy lifting of more than 25 lbs. may be required. Must possess physical conditioning for strenuous walking activities in typical Colorado temperatures that routinely range from well below freezing to 10 degrees F.
LOCATION: This opportunity is in our Denver, Colorado office location.
COMPENSATION: $98,000 to $115,000 per year base pay depending on level of skills and experience.
