We are seeking a Technician Support Associate to assist in pilot plant campaigns and ensure smooth execution of manufacturing processes. This role supports the Lead Technician and works closely with plant technicians and campaign managers to address process and equipment-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow the lead of the Senior Technician during pilot plant campaigns.
• Work with plant technicians and campaign managers to troubleshoot process and equipment issues.
• Assist in communicating batch status updates to the chemistry, analytical, and support teams.
• Complete all required training prior to due dates.
• Actively participate in group activities and scheduled daily meetings.
• Become proficient in equipment operation, batch record documentation, and related calculations.
• Attend process review meetings and contribute input.
• Follow all procedures, including proper use of required PPE.
• Report any incidents such as spills, exposures, cuts, or abrasions to management promptly.
• Conduct all operations with safety as the highest priority .

Skills & Experience:

• Experience working with GMP procedures and bulk manufacturing processes.
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing systems, methods, and procedures.
• Effective troubleshooting skills for both equipment and process issues.

Education:

• High School Diploma or associate degree required.
