POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and diligent Lab Operations Specialist/Customer Success Agent . This pivotal role will be entrusted with the responsibility of safe, efficient transportation and storage of cryopreserved specimens, as well as overseeing the daily operations of our facility. Key tasks will include inventory management, coordination of shipments, and quality assurance. As an ambassador for CryoFuture, you will embody the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inventory management and reporting, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Coordinate seamless shipment between fertility clinics while adhering to stringent protocols
- Establish clear communication channels with patients and clinicians regarding inventory status
- Oversee and track 3rd party courier shipments, adhering to strict shipping and handling guidelines
- Maintain a comprehensive, current electronic database of all documentation
- Comply with ASRM and FDA standards and uphold all safety policies and protocols
-Safely operate company transportation vehicle while transporting specimens between facilities
-Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with partnering fertility clinics
-Perform operations in Cryogenic facility, including quality control and monitoring of equipment and filling tanks with liquid nitrogen
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
We are looking for an individual who thrives in a high-pressure environment, where attention to detail and adaptability are essential. Our ideal candidate is comfortable balancing a range of tasks, prioritizing effectively to meet time-sensitive demands. This individual has excellent customer service skills but also thrives in a busy operations environment that involves transporting and handling frozen specimens and maintaining equipment. Patient privacy and medical confidentiality are fundamental to this role, as is an excellent command of English. A flexible approach and readiness to adapt to evolving company needs are crucial in our dynamic start-up environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience in the fertility or medical field
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive company vehicles to and from clinics
- Proficiency in using lab equipment, excel, CRM, and task management software
-Must have minimum 1 year lab experience
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
At CryoFuture, we value the dedication and expertise of our team. In return for your commitment, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 - $80,000 USD.
