About the Role

Comfy Cubs is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Product Development Coordinator to join our growing team. This person will play a key role in supporting our Product Development process from early concept through sampling — including receiving, organizing, and cataloging product samples — while also helping maintain smooth communication and clear documentation across projects.

• Receive, log, and track all incoming product samples
• Organize physical and digital samples, versions, and updates
• Maintain a clean system for cataloging variations, feedback, and revisions
• Prepare samples for reviews, photography, and presentations

• Support the PD team with communication, documentation, and version tracking
• Assist in preparing spec info, packaging updates, and revision notes
• Help ensure teams stay aligned on timelines, changes, and next steps
• Help keep the workspace and sample storage organized and functional

✔️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

✔️ Clear written and verbal communication

✔️ Eager to learn the product development lifecycle

✔️ Proactive, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks

✔️ Familiar with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, or project tools (Monday.com is a plus)

✔️ Experience in sample handling, archiving, cataloging, or PD is a bonus but not required
