About the Role
Comfy Cubs is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Product Development Coordinator to join our growing team. This person will play a key role in supporting our Product Development process from early concept through sampling — including receiving, organizing, and cataloging product samples — while also helping maintain smooth communication and clear documentation across projects.
If you’re naturally organized, curious about how products come to life, and excited to grow in a creative, fast-paced environment, this role is an excellent opportunity to build a career in product development.
What You’ll Do ✨ Sample Coordination (Key Responsibility)✔️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔️ Clear written and verbal communication
✔️ Eager to learn the product development lifecycle
✔️ Proactive, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
✔️ Familiar with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, or project tools (Monday.com is a plus)
✔️ Experience in sample handling, archiving, cataloging, or PD is a bonus but not required
