We’re looking for a part-time Sales Associate who loves creating meaningful moments and helping clients celebrate life’s milestones.

About the Role

As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you’ll be the friendly face that greets customers, helps them find the perfect piece, and ensures their experience is exceptional from start to finish. You’ll also help keep our showroom beautiful and support daily operations, including inventory and order tracking.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist customers with purchases, repairs, and special orders
• Share your knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry design
• Manage transactions, wish lists, and special orders using our POS system
• Track inventory, organize merchandise, and help with ordering and stock levels
• Keep cases clean, organized, and sparkling
• Handle pickups, gift wrapping, and customer communication
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with store operations

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of jewelry industry or fine retail experience preferred
• Friendly, professional, and passionate about exceptional service
• Knowledge of gemstones, metals, and the 4Cs of diamonds
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Team player with a proactive, positive attitude

Compensation & Perks

• $20–$25/hour depending on experience
• Monthly commission + monthly bonus opportunities

• No late evenings or Sundays — enjoy work-life balance while doing what you love
• Schedule: Thursday & Friday 9:30am–6:30pm, Saturday 9:30am–4:30pm (extended hours in December)
