Position: MIS Assistant Manager
Industry: Japanese Food Manufacturing Company
Location: Los Angeles area
Pay: $70-85K (DOE) plus benefits
Status: Full-time / Direct hire
Job Duty:
• Ensure the system is up and running at all times so that the company’s IT users can conduct their business in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure that information in the company's Computer systems is safeguarded.
• Understand operational needs and accurately communicate the company's IT needs to system support vendors (including JDE consultants, Network engineers, and other
vendors).
• Monitor vendors’ performance and take appropriate steps to accomplish Management objectives.
• Work as a team to develop strategies and plans to enhance IT systems, improve user effectiveness.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in information technology related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of relevant working experience in management information system.
• System Analysis – Determines how a system should work and how changes in conditions,
• Critical Thinking – Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strength and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problem.
• Ability to communicate in Japanese, preferred.
