Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers.
• Responsible for the orientation and onboarding process for new hires, as well as off boarding.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
• Responsible for performing dIscrimination/harassment claims investigations as it regards to HR, in addition to employee complaints while being compliant with all EEOC guidelines
• Conduct employee exit interviews as needed while preparing necessary documentation such as separation notices.
• Implement company culture, values and policies to promote successful work environment.
• Provide management with requested reports and documents regarding compliance and hiring as necessary.
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of previous experience Human Resources, recruiting or other related fields.
• Bachelors in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws.
