Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers.
- Responsible for the orientation and onboarding process for new hires, as well as off boarding.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Responsible for performing dIscrimination/harassment claims investigations as it regards to HR, in addition to employee complaints while being compliant with all EEOC guidelines
- Conduct employee exit interviews as needed while preparing necessary documentation such as separation notices.
- Implement company culture, values and policies to promote successful work environment.
- Provide management with requested reports and documents regarding compliance and hiring as necessary.
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of previous experience Human Resources, recruiting or other related fields.
- Bachelors in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws.
