Position Overview

We are seeking Senior Healthcare Advisors (contract, part-time) with extensive expertise in HME/DME operations, order intake, and RCM technology platforms. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with an elite team of professionals who are shaping the industry’s future—helping clients achieve operational excellence and sustainable growth.

As a Senior Advisor, you will lead and support strategic and operational engagements that improve process efficiency, streamline technology adoption, and strengthen financial and clinical outcomes. You will serve as both a hands-on operator and strategic advisor, guiding clients through transformation with clarity, insight, and measurable results.

What You Will Do

• Lead and support implementations, optimizations, and conversions  of leading order intake and RCM platforms, ensuring smooth adoption and integration.
• Deliver customized training and change management support to help client teams embed new systems and workflows effectively.
• Provide expert guidance on operational best practices , from intake through reimbursement, to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Contribute to strategic projects  including market assessments, workflow redesign, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support project delivery and client relationship management , ensuring exceptional quality and alignment with client goals.
• Participate in business development and solution design, helping expand the firm’s impact in the HME/DME market.

About You

You are an experienced HME/DME professional with a strong understanding of how operations and technology intersect to drive better business and patient outcomes. You don’t just understand the current state of the industry—you see where it’s headed, and you want to help shape it.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare technology or services, with a strong focus on HME/DME operations.
• Proven expertise in order intake and/or RCM systems implementation, data migration, optimization, and training.
• Deep understanding of billing, compliance, reimbursement, and operational workflows within HME/DME organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and the ability to work independently in a consulting environment.
• Limited travel may be required; most engagements are conducted remotely.
