Position Summary

We’re looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and the technical skills to bring concepts to life. You’ll work on a wide range of projects from brand development to video content, helping us maintain a cohesive and compelling visual identity for SALT Dental Partners, as well as their partner brands.

What You’ll Do:

• Design digital and print assets including social media graphics, presentations, email templates, marketing materials, and more.
• Create engaging video content for web, social, and promotional use (editing, animation, motion graphics, etc.).
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to produce visually appealing and effective content for internal and external audiences.
• Develop and refine logos, brand icons, and identity systems.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas from start to finish.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and video work.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience with video editing and basic motion graphics.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to take feedback and iterate designs quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with animation or 3D design.
• Photography and photo editing skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
