Job Description :

• This role is 100% graphic creation, with heavy emphasis graphic range and storytelling/presentation.
• Knowledge of graphic execution on apparel while important is secondary to a strong core as a graphic designer.
• Overall feedback is that we need a strong graphic designer that can design into a technical sport aesthetic with range in illustration skills as a plus.
• Expectation for a graphic designer is that they create compelling presentation of their work as well.
• Based on the portfolio gathered the stress on Apparel Experience may be shifting the field to Apparel Designers with limited Graphic Design skills.

At this point in the process, I would be open to Graphic Designers with less emphasis on Apparel Experience and more attention to strong Vector and Print work shown in a compelling portfolio presentation.
