• Pay Rate: $20/hour
• Schedule: 4 days per week
• Shift: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Employment Type: Union position
• Start: Immediate

Pre-Employment Requirements

• 7-year criminal background check
• 7-panel drug test

The Production Worker reports to the Shift Supervisor and is responsible for assembling reconditioned products using established production procedures. This role requires adherence to safety protocols and quality standards while meeting production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet production standards within required timeframes
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety specifications and quality requirements
• Ensure safety and quality throughout the production process
• Notify Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line
• Report production waste or issues promptly
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Understanding of plant safety guidelines and completion of required safety training
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
• Basic troubleshooting skills and issue reporting
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per shift
• Frequent use of hands and fingers
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, and climb
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
