Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform funeral arrangements, manage services, and a focus on handling embalming.
• Provide compassionate support to families and clients.
• Maintain compliance with Maryland Board of Morticians' standards.
• Assist with reconstruction and high-volume embalming (2-3 cases daily).
• Rotate responsibilities as part of the team to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Maryland Mortician's license (unencumbered).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in funeral service and embalming.
• Experience in high-volume embalming and reconstruction techniques preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and bedside manner.
• Open to reciprocity for licensed morticians in other states with 5+ years of experience.
