About the Role:

Our leading telecommunications client is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support the U.S. Public Affairs team within the Strategy and Operations division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to both administrative and policy-related initiatives.

In addition to traditional executive support responsibilities, this position offers the opportunity to engage in meaningful policy work on key company issues. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a high degree of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
  • Manage vendor relationships, process invoices, and oversee vendor registration
  • Organize internal team-building events and activities
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all business interactions
  • Collaborate with the public policy team on select policy projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in a government relations or legislative office (internships included)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Familiarity with Congress, the White House, and federal agencies is a plus
